- Electricity tariffs will rise
- Production costs will increase
- Competitiveness will decline
- Informality will expand
THE REAL SOLUTION (IT’S NOT HIGHER PRICES):
The answer is not charging more…
IT IS MANAGING BETTER.
This means:
- Reducing losses (technical + theft)
- Investing in transmission infrastructure (500 kV lines)
- Using 100% of Paraguay’s energy share
- Industrializing the economy with competitive energy
- Applying Artificial Intelligence to energy management

Energy is not an end…
IT IS THE ENGINE OF DEVELOPMENT.
If Paraguay fails to transform its energy into economic value…
Then it is wasting its most powerful strategic asset.
